Turner Brothers Property Management is looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Business Development Manager that can help our company grow. The duties and responsibilities would be:
1. Identifying New Business Opportunities: This includes researching the latest trends in the property management industry and identifying areas for potential owners and their properties.
2. Developing and Implementing Sales Strategies: They are responsible for developing new sales areas and improving sales through various methods such as cold calls and networking.
3. Maintaining Client Relationships: They maintain current client relationships and establish new ones by contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship.
4. Collaborating with Teams: They collaborate with the property management team to ensure requirements are met, such as pricing and contracts.
5. Understanding Company Products or Services: They have a strong understanding of the company’s services as well as the business position and competition to keep the business competitive.
6. Developing Growth Strategies: They work on strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
7. Conducting Market Research: They conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
8. Arranging Business Meetings: They arrange meetings with prospective clients to discuss potential business opportunities
9. Promoting Company’s Services: They promote the company’s products/services, addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
10. Preparing Sales Contracts: They prepare property management agreements ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
11. Maintaining Records: They keep records of communication and agreements
12. Providing After-Sales Support: They provide trustworthy feedback and after- sales support, building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
13. Generating Leads: They identify ways to generate ongoing leads by building new relationships, finding new ways to reach existing clients, or creating a new product or service that meets the needs of property investors
14. Networking and Self-Promotion: They attend events and network, build relationships with professional services, do phone prospecting, self-promotion, and become a follow-up expert
Position is salary commission based
